Marketing Manager

Reporting to the CMO, the ideal candidate will act as the brands’ spokesperson providing strategic input and direction for the brand as well as managing the overall tone of voice.

 

  • Salary: £45,000 (+10% Bonus)
  • Location: London Liverpool Street
  • Working model: 3 days in office (2 days from home)
About the role

This role will be based on working three days in the office and two days from home. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

Reporting to the CMO, the ideal candidate will act as the brands’ spokesperson providing strategic input and direction for the brand as well as managing the overall tone of voice.

Working within the Marketing Team, this exciting role will see you engage in the full marketing mix, both traditional (20%) and digital (80%) taking ownership of the content and communication strategy of the brands within the group.

 

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a lead generation plan that raises awareness of the brands within the group.
  • Developing media marketing strategies and other campaign activities.
  • Experience in execution of brand campaigns, online promotions, content development.
  • Brand Custodian – work with external agencies to design and produce marketing collateral.
  • Creating, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of a comprehensive strategic internal and external communications plan that fully supports the business objectives. 
  • Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help optimise conversions across the various stages.
  • Evaluate and monitor ongoing campaign performance by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Own the CRM calendar, plan, manage and deliver CRM campaigns across email and push channels that engage our customers.

 

Requirements
  • Degree educated
  • Performance marketing knowledge across all organic and paid biddable channels.
  • Strong communication and creative skills.
  • A passion for marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organised with strong project management skills.
