Formby – 13.7 Miles Away

Formby is located just North of Crosby. It’s a rural coastal area where house prices averaged £374,864 last year, most sales were for detached properties. If you plan on commuting to the Liverpool city centre, expect the 13.7-mile journey to take you about 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Prescot – 9.1 Miles Away

With new developments contributing to the growing reputation of Prescot, property prices are rising in this historic market town. Found 9.1 miles outside of Liverpool city centre, the average property will cost you about £193,000. Charr Lane Woods is close by for walkers, and a large pond to the south of the park is popular with dog walkers.

St Helens – 15.1 Miles Away
